BLACKPOOL BEARFEST – PUTTING BEARS BACK IN TO BLACKPOOL

There’s a brand new event coming to Blackpool this summer for bears and their admirers. Called Blackpool Bearfest, it’s a three-day multi venue weekend running from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th July that will see Blackpool’s gay scene transformed into Bear Central.

Based at the Bear Central Marquee on Upper Queen Street in the North Shore of the resort, the event promises a packed three day program of events for up to 2,000 guys including Bear Bar Crawls, a Teddy Bear’s Picnic, cabaret, strippers and competitions. Topping & Butch will be there, plus many other acts still be confirmed, alongside the very best in vocal entertainment that Blackpool’s famous for…Oh, and there’ll be lots of food too!

Three day wristband passes cost just £15 and get you free entry to many of Blackpool’s best saunas, bars and nightclubs and great discounts at gay friendly restaurants. And, of course, your wristband gives you access to three days of non-stop entertainment at the Bear Central Marquee main stage!

We can’t guarantee that Raging Stallion’s Charlie Fabravo is going to be there but we are sure that the first ever Blackpool Bearfest Weekend is going to be an event you won’t want to miss, and one that’ll soon be on every bear’s annual event calendar!
