COCK TALES

l  Don’t get me wrong. I love a nice cock. But Stephan Niederwieser, the editor of Cock Tales, is clearly obsessed with them!

In the foreword to his book – which I love by the way – Stephan says that ‘Phalluses are the very pillars of everyday life’ and he asks, ‘Why else are so many things shaped like them: pencils, popsicles, microphones, cigarettes, asparagus, toothbrushes, dildos…?’

Which got me thinking, maybe the guy’s got a point… And, oh my God, we suck the ends of all of those objects, don’t we! Well, okay, maybe not microphones.

But Stephan’s somewhat strange views on penises doesn’t end there. He says that they all have different characters, citing the ‘nosey adventurer’, the ‘witty guest’ and the ‘provocateur’. He also thinks that dicks can be disrespectful, fresh and reckless, can look scary, charming and juicy and can even be mean too – (the type he says he loves the best!)

Happy, sad, excited, pensive… I don’t care what mood a guy’s cock is in. As long as it’s been washed in the sink before it comes anywhere near me, then I’m happy.

If you like looking at pictures of dicks then you’ll love Cock Tales, – a stunning coffee table book featuring images of cocks from over 50 contemporary artists.
