Liquid Sauna is Blackpool’s hottest new sauna for gay and bisexual men situated in the heart of the seaside town’s gay scene on General Street.
The first thing that hits you as you walk through the door is the sheer size of the venue. You’ll be amazed to see Liquid Sauna’s 30-foot crystal clear swimming pool, which is heated all year round and, we’re told, is great to swim naked in! Situated to one side of the pool is a purpose built hot and steamy Scandinavian sauna while on the other side you can take a dip in the fabulous spa bath, perfect to relax and unwind in after a hard day at work. There is a wide variety of sandwiches, snacks and refreshments available for when you get peckish, and you have the choice of taking them poolside or in Liquid Sauna’s Chill Out Room where there’s also a television and pool table for your entertainment.
If you’re looking for pursuits of a more, shall we say ‘adult nature’, then we’re reliably informed that you’ll want to venture upstairs and turn right. There you will find a group of interlocking glory holes and just a few steps further on you’ll enter Liquid Sauna’s Pleasure Zone where you’ll find condoms and lube free of charge. In here there’s a play swing, a fucking machine, a scorpion chair, a rimming stool, a restraints board and a two way-mirror viewing bed… All you need now is two, or more, up for it guys and you’ve got yourself one hell of a sleazy time! To the right of the Pleasure Zone, a corridor leads you to a selection of themed rooms that can be locked for privacy or left open for others to join you… Whatever turns you on! They each have custom-made beds and, in most room, TVs showing a selection of all the latest adult films. At the end of the corridor you’ll find a very large 200 sq ft darkroom where we’ve been told that there’s lots of fun to be had!
Liquid Sauna currently holds Fetish Days called Anything Goes on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11am. Wear what you dare be it a g-string or jock strap, fetish gear,go stark bollock naked and TVs and their admirers are welcome too. Check out the website for details of other regular parties.
A free sexual health clinic is available at Liquid Sauna on the 3rd Friday of every month. You don’t need to book and appointment or even use the sauna’s facilities to use this invaluable service.
