One word came to mind the first time we clapped eyes on Sam Porter DJing at London’s JackHammer Club wearing nothing but a pair of headphones, ‘Phwoar!’ Last month we tracked him down for a quick one…
Hi Sam. So, how old you are and where are you from?
I’m almost 38, and I live in the quiet suburbs between Manchester and Liverpool.
You’re known as ‘the naked DJ’. How did your passion for spinning tunes in the nude come about?
I’ve always been a bit of an exhibitionist. I started my first night DJing in a jockstrap but felt I was a little overdressed so off it came. It seemed to go down well with the guys at the party!
Have you ever caught your bits in the equipment while you were on set?
Luckily not… But whilst DJing at CumUnion I decided to fill a glass with piss for a customer to drink, forgetting the amount of electric cables surrounding me! I’m surprised a spark of electricity didn’t shoot up my cock that night.
We often see you on the decks at JackHammer Club and CumUnion, but which other clubs do you DJ at, and are you clothed or naked there?
I’m doing a debut set at Alert! in Manchester on 22nd august for their massive Pride Party – it’s local to me so it should be fun. I’m likely to be naked at this gig too haha!! Hoping other gigs will follow.
We understand that you’ve only recently started working in porn films… How did this come about?
It was one bucket list of things to do before I die. I did my first scene in April last year and enjoyed it so much I haven’t looked back since. I wasn’t confident that I’d be good enough. I kinda knew I had decent equipment for the job though haha!!
So which studios have you worked for?
I’ve shot scenes with allrealbareback.com, Treasure Island Media (London), Triga, SkinBossFilms, Butch Dixon and HardBritLads.com… I have to say they’re all great companies to work for and they’ve all been so friendly.
Were you nervous filming your first scene?
I wasn’t really nervous. I was more anxious to do a good job and wasn’t sure what to expect. My first scene partner was a very noisy German muscle bottom nicknamed ‘the gorilla’ (I guess due to his grunting noises)!
Which porn star (or stars) have been the most fun to work with?
Working with Adam Russo was great, he was a real gentleman and his experience was impressive. That was for Treasure Island and I felt really privileged to be asked to work with him! To be fair though, all my co-stars have been fun to work with.
Are you top, bottom or versatile?
I am a complete top (though in my early days I was 100% bottom)
So what turns Sam Porter on?
Aside from my devilishly handsome man of course? I am attracted to guys with nice round arses… beards are hot too. Most of all I like a friendly face – the naughtiness comes naturally and later in proceedings.
What’s your favourite position?
I tend to move through various positions during a session though I do love seeing a guy ride me so I can look into his eyes as he takes every inch. That’s hot!
If you had the chance to direct a porn scene that you were starring in, which other performers would you cast and what would happen?
I’d cast Tony Orion, Mitch Vaughan and Samuel Colt and basically I’d use all three of them… Let’s theme it to a locker room scene – and can we dress them in jocks please… Am I being demanding now?
Who’s the hottest top in the industry?
I’d have to say I’m most impressed by Rocco Steele. I tend to go for his look and I’d kill for a body like that… Plus his cock is enormous!
And the sexiest bottom?
(I’m dating a very hot bottom of course) but in terms of the industry Tony Orion just seems to have something about him.
You recently filmed a scene with Del James for Butch Dixon. What can we look forward to next?
I have a couple of scenes landing imminently on HardBritLads.com. One is my first solo and the other is a scene with hot lad Seb Evans. Also I’m going to feature in some upcoming Treasure Island releases. Later this year I’ve got some more exciting scenes, but I can’t talk about them just yet!
Which do you prefer – spinning music or having sex on film?
I’m very passionate about music. It’s a pleasure to create a journey from A to B, playing music perhaps you wouldn’t usually hear in a gay club. Though I’m always happy to film a scene, the DJing has been top of the bucket list for some time.
Do your friends and family know you’re a naked DJ and now a porn star?
A select few friends know. None are particularly surprised as they know me too well! My family should remain blissfully unaware in my opinion. It’s never changed who I am and I don’t intend it to.
If the world were to end tomorrow what would you rush out and do?
I’d take everyone important to me to the nearest theme park to ride the biggest roller coasters and eat junk food ‘til our numbers were up… or to an orgy!
