The Boiler Room Sauna is well know for it’s friendly welcome in Hove. but did you know They’ve recently expanded? recently taking over and totally refurbishing the Boiler room sauna in sheffield.
We caught up with owner Adam Bailey to tell us all about it.
Hi Adam, we hear The Boiler Room Sheffield is under new management. When did this happen?

What have you changed since you took over?
Well, weve horoughly cleaned the inside of venue, removing any old rubbish and disused items.
Totlally remodelled the entire cruise floor, making the layout more practical, easy and much more cruisy!
We added seven new glory holes and a two tier porn cinema, with vinyl seating. We’ve more improvements in this area coming soon!
Two custom-built sling rooms were added which open up into one double sling room for parties.
Additional play cabins, plus two premium cabins with lots of special features.
Tell us about the Sauna & Jacuzzi
The dry sauna has been scrapped and replaced with a wall-to-wall custom and handbuilt sauna featuring a cruisy ‘anti-Sauna’ to the rear.
The home Jacuzzi has been replaced with a bespoke 12 man Jacuzzi spa with a sleek contemporary design.
What other ares have you changed?
The smoking area has been Astroturf’d and increased to over twice its size with proper seating music and nightlights.
Probably the biggest change is the new atmosphere within the venue. Our staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful creating an atmosphere of fun and enjoyment. The most remarkable and talked about feature of both of our venues is how friendly and welcoming they are, with customers spreading the word far and wide, which has lead to a constant increase in business over the last seven years.
It seems you’ve had your hands full. Is there anything else planned?
Very soon we will be starting work on a brand-new steam room twice the size of the old one followed by the replacement of the showers downstairs where they should’ve been all long.
And we plan to continue updating and introducing new ideas over the next two years to make this sauna simply the best all-round sauna in the north
Tell us about the theme nights!
We currently run a number of theme nights including T-Girls, SportsLadz, Obedient fetish night, Bears Night, and by far our biggest party which has now increased to twice a month because of high numbers, CumUnion, it’s simply the best group orgy party that you could go to for miles around!
What facilities do you have?
Sauna, steam, jacuzzi, showers, cosy lounge, hot and cold food served all day, glory holes, play cabins, sling rooms, cinemas, luxury cabins & smoking area.
What are your plans for the future of the Boiler Room?
When we’ve finished with the current renovations we will introduce a set of play equipment upstairs and also build two dungeons in the cellar.
What would you tell someone who’s a bit nervous about visiting a sauna?
There’s a common misconception amongst those who have never been to one before, that they are all filthy and dilapidated. The image people most often have in their head is a disgusting brothel. You only have to check the photos page and you’ll soon sea how inaccurate this is. Remember everyone was nervous on their first time. Some of us still are. Generally in the U.K. You’re well protected against anything bad that could happen.
Do you offer any treatments?
We offer a professional massage service. 30 mins for £20, 60 mins for £36 and 90mins for £51.
What’s your favourite thing about Boiler Room?
It has to be the atmosphere. It’s just so friendly and warm all the time.

I certainly will, I’m not shy!! They love the banter! But I respect boundaries at the same time.
