Steve bought a derelict country house and one spring weekend he drove his two stepsons up to start working on it. Steve was a trim silver fox with a winning grin. His stepsons Jake and Paul were dark haired young men. Both worked out and it showed, especially in Jake’s broad chest.

Jake and Steve had removed all the loose and damaged floorboards. Jake was now replacing them. Steve was fixing the electrics.
Lunchtime came. The men sat outside, enjoying cool beers and sandwiches, and warm sun. The lawn looked good, the river murmured enchantingly. An afternoon of hard work and the floors were solid. The exterior was getting a coat of paint, the wiring improving.
Steve passed more beers and suggested a swim in the river since there was no water in the house. Paul said he’d sit awhile, but Jake and Steve headed down. Steve stripped quickly. Jake watched him wade into the clear water, noted the tan lines at his naked buttocks.
Jake thought about keeping his shorts on, then stripped and followed him in. The river was deep but not fast. The men swam towards each other. “Worth getting all hot and sweaty just for the pleasure of this,” grinned Steve. Jake said, “This is going to be a favourite place of mine. I can tell.”

Steve followed a pace behind Jake. “Here,” said Steve, passing Jake a small towel. Both men stood in the fading heat of the day, drying off, feeling good and refreshed.
