l Following last year’s announcement that Prowler Birmingham was closing down, QXMEN is pleased to tell you that in a complete u-turn the store has undergone a major refurbishment and reopened as a sexy, boutique-style Prowler !
Richard Keddie, Store Manager, told us, “It’s no secret trading was tough during 2012. But by bringing in even more top brands, including Andrew Christian and some fantastic new sex products, the first half of this year saw a major turnaround.
We decided it made sense to concentrate on the sex side of the business, which is what the majority of our customers want. Although Andrew Christian and aussieBum will still have a firm place in the store, our focus is now very much on an expanded range of sex toys, aromas, stimulants, fetish gear and a large range of specially priced R18 DVDs from studios including BelAmi, Hot House, Raging Stallion, Falcon and Treasure Island Media.
We’re really excited about this new direction for Prowler Birmingham, and grateful to our loyal customers for their support”. The changes aren’t just on the inside of the store either. Just take a stroll down Stephenson Street and you’ll see that the outside of the store has had a fabulous facelift too and now sports Prowler’s new contemporary branding, in line with its flagship store in London’s Soho and Brighton.
To mark the occasion, the guys at Prowler Birmingham are having a bit of a do and throwing a fabulous launch party on Thursday August 8th. There’ll be free drinks and snacks served by hot guys (who, we’ve been told, will be wearing very little if this heat wave continues!) and goody bags for the first 50 people to arrive too!
But that’s not all, as those guys at Prowler have arranged for two of QXMEN’s favourite porn stars, Ben Statham and Scott Hunter, to be there to make sure the party’s sexy and fun! Both guys have starred in movies from a range of leading porn studios, including hot British studios UKNakedMen and Butch Dixon, who are supporting the launch party too!
