25/01/2014: CumUnion started out as a small sex party after a street fair in San Francisco for members of online hook-up sites BarebackRT.com and CumHunt.com.
It was somewhere where guys could decide what sexual behaviours were acceptable to them, and subsequently use their own judgment regarding the actions they took to protect themselves from HIV and other STDs. It was so successful that members wanted the party to be repeated and another was held a couple of months later.
The response to these two parties led to monthly parties in San Francisco, and soon members and gay businesses in other cities started hosting their own CumUnion parties. Fast-forward to today and that local event for a couple of hundred men has now become an international event attended by a couple of thousand guys, and CumUnion parties are hosted in 16 cities around the U.S. and Canada… and now the U.K.
Locations for CumUnion parties vary in the U.S. from warehouses to sex clubs and gay resorts. Luckily for us Brits, The Flying Dutchman Pub in London’s Camberwell is CumUnion’s home when the party comes to our shores!
A venue for many of London’s underground performances and alternative scene events, The Flying Dutchman is also home to a wide range of fetish events for the kinky and perverted including Jack Hammer Club. Why?
Because beneath the bar, down in the cellar you’ll find a well appointed BDSM play-space with facilities such as a boudoir with a large bed and sofas, suspension points, slings, fisting chairs and benches, a St. Andrew’s Cross, a whipping bench, a steel cage and a wet room!
QXMEN went along to CumUnion in January and, although the horned-up party goers were either a bit camera shy or too ‘busy’ to have their photos taken, porn stars Jacob James and Sam Porter were more than happy to let our photographer snap away while they entertained the crowd with a XXX-rated show!
