Voting is well underway for the second annual Prowler Porn Awards, and with the website receiving 10,000 hits in the first week, it certainly looks like porn fans are rallying behind their favourites to help them achieve their goals of picking up an award on the night.
Nominees both home and abroad have been hitting social media hard to show you why they are the best in the business. Staxus’ Timmy Treasure (up for Best Newcomer and Best On Screen Couple with James Dixon for their BlakeMason.com scene) had this to say about his nomination, “It’s very nice for me to know people like my work and support me.
And the best proof of that is to be nominated for an award where it’s the public choosing the candidates.” Adam Dacre, last year’s winner of Best Newcomer, has progressed in 2015 and has been nominated for Best Stud. “I’m so pleased to have been nominated once again. It was a shock for me as I took a break from porn for a while, but I’m glad to know my work was still appreciated.”
BAFTA award-winning writer and producer, Daran Little, returns after presenting last year’s award for Best Twink and will host the event with Theo Ford. CockyBoys director Jake Jaxson will be presenting an award and will be joined by CockyBoys Exclusives Levi Karter and Liam Riley. During their trip to London, CockyBoys will be filming ‘Another Road Strip’ which will star Levi and Liam with some top British porn stars, a number of whom are nominees at this year’s ceremony, and with more and more stars confirming their attendance – the likes of Levi Karter, Mikey Taylor, Kayden Gray, Liam Riley, Antonio Garcia, Angel Cruz, Scoott Huuner to name just a few – this year’s Prowler Porn Awards looks set to be one of the gay adult industry’s highlight of the year.
